What better way to spend the first really cold day of the season than by doing an outdoor photo shoot at a windy high rise park! When we met with Melissa and James, the winds were blowing, the fingers were numbing...but the sun was shining and it made for some amazing photos! Regardless of the chilly weather, Melissa and James were up for anything! They were super adorable and were just so much fun to shoot. Highline Park is a beautiful mile-and-a-half long elevated park that was once an old freight train track, and the pathways are interlaced with the tracks which are overgrown with tall grasses...the mix of industrial and natural makes for a great dichotomy! One side overlooks the Hudson river with views of glorious New Jersey, while the other side looks out over the super fabulous Meat-Packing District of Manhattan. It is truly incredible!

This sweet couple is getting married next year in Hotlanta and we wish them all the happiness in the world!!!
